Chiquito's is pants, all ready made, bland and tastless.

I've been with friend's kids a couple of times so my evaluation is based in that or Frankie and Benny's. . I'm not sure if go there if it was just adults in the party. I used to like nandos but the last couple of times we've been the chicken has been of a poor quality and seeing as it's a chicken restaurant I thought it a bit of a bad do

I like it.  The food is nice.

I've heard/read folk comparing it to KFC before.  The only thing it has in common is that it's chicken ... but Nando's probably use normal chickens rather than 60ft tall ones.

It does, however, seems to be cool to knock Nando's.

All restaurants should be order, pay, eat, fuck off.

Chiquito's food isn't good, least Nandos is cooked to order.

Are you sure about that?

i thought it was pre cooked and then re heated on the griddle

Maybe, point being at least it's hot and not cold and shriveled up.

If I wanna go and eat summat and not be out for long nandos is spot on. Foods good and well priced. Chiquitos, I have been twice and the jurys still out.

It will of course vary from restaurant to restaurant. I've been to Nando's twice in my life, both times to the one in Stevenage, and I've been dissapointed. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't as great as people had made out. Just down the road from it is a Chiquitos and that's been very good the few times I've eaten there.

So are you suggesting I should give Stevenage Nandos a miss on my whistle stop tour?

It is what it is

Il go during the day midweek when i need something half decent to eat in quick time

It beats most places in this scenario

Anyone making out its anything more is a plantpot

I wouldn't go at night if it was free. Iv never known it where you aren't queuing out the door, especially down here in london. Yes, i sicken myself

Nonsense!  You've never left Bolton.

Aye, and this is the crux of it.

You'll get plenty of folk who big it up to be something it isn't.  These are the same sort of folk who will see going to Nando's as going out for a posh meal.

As long as you see it for what it really is it's fine.

I've been to Chiquitos twice.  Twice I was underwhelmed.  Felt like I was eating '2-for-1' type food.

One of Mrs CWPs cousins raves onabout Nando's, she talks about it as though it's a two star Michelin restaurant, and she makes a big thing about when her and her scrotey boyfriend go there for a meal

34B at a push.

Im going to tell you all, what i do with my food at Nando's.

Half chicken, hot, rice & peri chips.

I shred the chicken, mix it with the sides, throw loads of sauce & the mayo......then I inhale the fucker like its a fat chicks greasy drip tray.

I'm going to be a snob and say I'm not a fan of all these chain, shopping centre, cinema based places; actually that's a lie, I don't mind Strada, but there are better independent eats (or even some other chain places) that cost you the same as these over the counter, plastic tasting crap. And they are usually better if you have kids.

I'd rather eat at home.

And as for folk who eat subways - you really need to give your head a shake, expensive, tastless (or rather oddly sweet) pap.

They smell funny

Anyhow, I've just got myself a Carr's pasty for lunch, so I'm happy  :D
