This. Needs to be a partner for Beckford or two new 'uns. Mason would be a waste of time without a big fella at the side of him.

It's a major major blow, he was a big part of our new style of play we've no one at the club near similar, we need a rabbit out of the hat but not holding my breath.

I really dont think he is worth the 2 million plus wages... 1 million tops. Cant see him having much game time for Burnley. Even less for Sordell now.

If we can't find that sort of fee, this is a real eye opener and we will do well to mount any serious challenge on the top half. Need to land lucky and pick up a real gem, but it's a long shot now.

We are signing him on 27th anyway.
