September 16, 201411 yr Russell slade at Leyton orient has apparently is under pressure, according to the wireless, he has done wonders there since taking over 2 seasons ago. I'd give him a chance. Got em from relegation trouble to touching distance of the playoffs and then into the playoffs last season He would think it was Christmas everyday if he got the job here.
September 16, 201411 yr He would think it was Christmas everyday if he got the job here. It wood be a wizzard appointment
September 16, 201411 yr What has freedman ever done in his management career to be given the chance to manage us?
September 16, 201411 yr we've been over this HE TOOK PALACE ON A GOOD RUN, twice he's now done that with us and has nowt left up his sleeve helps if you look at results in isolation
September 16, 201411 yr “I am desperate to be top of the league but I’m a very realistic person and I know that the clubs up there are spending money that we simply don’t have. My job has been to balance the books and make sure we keep some spirit and some fight, and I think I have done that." Football managers and their excuses. Nothing is ever their fucking fault. He's had one of the biggest transfer budgets in the Championship in the last couple of seasons. Funny how he conveniently fails to mention the money he's wasted. September 16, 201411 yr He's had one of the biggest transfer budgets in the Championship in the last couple of seasons. Funny how he conveniently fails to mention the money he's wasted. Proof?
September 16, 201411 yr Snoop john in disagree shocker Gobshite I was just asking for proof of the statement that he's had a huge transfer budget. I don't remember it, unless he's also including the first season Freedman was here when we gambled slightly to try and get promoted before FFP kicked in.
September 16, 201411 yr Regardless of budget he's fucking dogshit That's as maybe. It doesn't help when you get random opinions posted as facts without proof, and then you get anewman's usual level of intelligence injected in every thread.
September 16, 201411 yr Surely in approx 45 minutes. If we lose, I think he's gone. Get a draw and he'll survive another week. Either way, I don't think he's going to be here for much longer, it's clear he's a bit out of his depth
September 16, 201411 yr Why do we take so long sack useless cunts? Like keeping Coyle after relegation
September 16, 201411 yr Ok we all know the score and this will keep in a job longer but we have had a vital win surely the negative stuff can wait till after wolves.
September 16, 201411 yr Ok we all know the score and this will keep in a job longer but we have had a vital win surely the negative stuff can wait till after wolves. Why its not stopped people before

September 17, 201411 yr To be fair, not many clubs in the championship have a big net spend. Most are balancing books. We have not really received anything in transfer fees, so we havent spent owt
September 17, 201411 yr are you still gonna tell us that beckford cost a million? Bet he cost and is on more than most strikers in this division. Along with Spearing, mills, wheater,Chungy etc. The skint excuse is the one excuse that does my head in the most in all this. We have no less money than everyone else bar 4-5 clubs.
September 17, 201411 yr It doesn't help when you get random opinions posted as facts without proof These 'random facts' were in the last set of accounts: http://www.theboltonnews.co.uk/news/10905726.Bolton_Wanderers__debt_reaches_record_levels/ "But the chairman does believe investment is possible in Dougie Freedman's playing staff - with £4m invested in the last financial year"
September 17, 201411 yr We have no less money than everyone else bar 4-5 clubs. utter, utter bullshit look through the table and post that again i'll then tell you you've lost it for a start, six clubs still have parachute money you can then add derby and forest from there, i'd need to start checking but i'd put leeds, wolves, ipswich and brighton above us without too many concerns couple of wildcards, including bournemouth anyway, burnley went up with no money but plenty more didn't
