gonzo Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Who has Freedman signed that has turned out to be any good? Jutkiewicz was probably his best deal and that was a loan. Danns is probably the best of the permanent signings and he leaves him out all the time. Quote
white noise Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I wasn't a member of the DFS out club but I finally joined it yesterday. I love my club and was willing to go through the pain barrier to see the good times a again. We are further away now than when he first came. We have gone backwards and are now in a tail spin.........time to go Dougie, we won't let you take us any further down! Quote
white noise Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Meant DF out club, bloody predictive text. Quote

Exactly what I was thinking last night - who has he signed that improves the team? By definition they should then be pretty much an automatic choice. Quote
Gumbo Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 There doesn't seem much intention of getting rid. The club don't seem to have much aspiration for moving forward. Now that hurts but I'm afraid it's the truth. Quote

anewman Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Does feel like that. I certainly wouldn't knock anyone who has given up on going etc.I wont step foot in the reebok again whilst he is in charge and it will have to be something special to make me go whilst gartside is at the helm,i will do the odd away game just for the day out and to see mates from other clubs but that's it. the current regine have killed my passion for football, coyle started the depression but freedman has put the final nail in the coffin Quote

Now that hurts but I'm afraid it's the truth. Sadly it is hard to disagree with this. We are beyond the point where any club who had their sights on progression would have fired the manager. Well beyond it. Like many I've not been one for sacking managers but after Leeds was the point of no return for Freedman. He has has enough time and once again we are at the very best writing off the season before it has started. Worryingly it could be considerably worse than that this time round. Eddie Davies and Phil Gartside seem to have lost all interest. Edited September 14, 2014 by bwfcfan5 Quote
white noise Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I heard that ED's wife is ill and his priorities have shifted, which is understandable I guess. Leaves us in the shot because there are no buyers to take over the mess! Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Think Mcnaughton is one of DF better signings (although it's a loan) we miss him big time when he's not playing. Quote
Cheese Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 We are in serious need of a boost, and sadly I think the only way is to bring a new face in. I've always been one for giving new managers as much time as possible, but it's just not working out with Freedman. I'm gutted to be honest, as I really thought he was the man for the job. I still have a faint hope he can turn it around, but that's based on nothing. Quote

Don't particularly enjoy calling for the managers head, but I fear he is not getting anything out of these players. The fact max and paddy are signing suggests he is going nowhere though. Quote

Max and Paddy to manage the club would be step in the right direction; just look how they dealt with the midget Bolton fans - they don't take any messing Quote

tarian1979 Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 Cyl problem At the moment Is he's surrounded by pub players. He'd look different with a fit m Davies and Holden next to him rather than the shite we've currently got. That said I agree he's been poor since the leg break. Still can't believe we played internationals v a pub side, joke Quote
Biggish Dave Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 I've finally run out of patience with Freedman. He talks a good game but the performances on the pitch don't match what he spews. I suppose it is possible who could yet turn it round but sadly I believe he has lost the support of most the fans and it won't be coming back in a hurry. We need to cut our losses and get shut before its too late Quote
bolty58 Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 West Ham lose at Hull toneet and BSA may be out on his ear. We lose at home tomorrow night and DF should be saying adios. The return of the messiah is on. Please let it happen. Quote
birch-chorley Posted September 15, 2014 Posted September 15, 2014 He has had 2 years now That's plenty of time, he must be one of the longest serving managers in the division Time to go Quote
