RUREADY2ROLL Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Any other club in the country would have sacked him this point last year After another start like last season it is just unbelievable he is still here Quote
radcliffe white Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 I said to myself give him these 2 home games but really what's the point,if we beat Rotherham keeps him in a job longer just get rid now Quote
tarian1979 Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Dithering to pull the trigger yet again. Just like keeping Coyle despite taking a side down after 11 yr in a division Quote
COYW Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 We've won one of the last ten league games. At the start of last season we won one of the first eleven. Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 As far as the original question goes, the time is now, we cannot afford to carry this guy, as much as I thought he would cut it, he's totally fucked up over and over again, but today putting Garvan in and dropping Dannns, totally insane, get to fuck Dougie. scallywell Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 Dithering to pull the trigger yet again. Just like keeping Coyle despite taking a side down after 11 yr in a divisionyes Wigan didn't fook about with him did they,no room for sentiment in this game we keep hearing this is a results based buisnes, home many of us would be in a job if we kept fucking up with no sign of improvement? Quote
DomRepWanderer Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 On top of that, we have been taken to extra time in 2 cup games against league 2 opposition, and only then because we had a generous ref against Bury, not good enough, we have players here that are far better than our league.position shows, but being badly mismanaged Quote
scallywell Posted September 13, 2014 Author Posted September 13, 2014 Correct pulis would have these in the play offs by New year, come on Eddie just go to the well one more time and pay him what he wants Quote

Setting up 4-5-1 at home with a dimunuitive lone striker, leaving our best 2 from recent weeks on the bench, playing a left footed right winger and then moving the right footed right winger inside, bringing on Pratley but not Danns, bringing on fan favourite Beckford before Davies, all suggest someone who has lost the plot! (or not having got the plot in the first place) Not even mentined signing players then loaning them out or freezing them out, Hall, Davies, Beckford! Quote
Pablo Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Correct pulis would have these in the play offs by New year, come on Eddie just go to the well one more time and pay him what he wants No he wouldn't, the players are not good enough. That is clear. Quote
jules_darby Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 No he wouldn't, the players are not good enough. That is clear. They're not great but only a terrible Manager would leave them 3rd bottom Quote
waffer cup 07 Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 The way he sets the team up at home there,s not a chance of winning. He doesn't like the loan system but that,s all we get. Likes to play young players but only plays them when forced to through injuries. He,s bloody clueless and i,m sure the players think so to. Quote
Mounts Kipper Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 (edited) Never been in this much pain watching Bolton for over 30 years what are the plans for this great club? The future looks bleaker than bleak and there's absolutely no direction from up above. The only way out is for Eddie to get a proven manager in. Edited September 13, 2014 by Mounts Kipper Quote
burnden Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Come on Eddie pull the trigger lad. Quote
Naytch Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Freedman has to go. That was embarassing, absolutely appalling. No fight whatsoever, no creativity, no desire, no effort and no quality. Please Dougie....FUCK OFF Quote

Please Dougie....FUCK OFF This Drove down from Fife last night to go the game with family. Big mistake. Fucking dreadful. Won't be going again while Freedman's the manager Quote
gonzo Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 It's ok. Dougie doesn't like to overdo things. Take it nice and easy Douglas. Just remember to put some play off form together in march to make sure we don't go down. Fucking marvellous. Quote
ChippyTea Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 We were shit under Coyle but I'd rather go back to those days than what I saw today. We're completely devoid of a game plan, lack fight and willing and we're in freefall Quote

And that's why I can't stand watching more of DF's terrible boring unsuccessful football - season ticket or not. It's too painful cowering in my seat as match after match unfolds in the same depressing way. Weird tactics, weird team selections, weird substitutions, and 'another planet' after-match comments telling us we haven't really seen what we all know we've just watched. But the $64,000 question remains : what are ED's plans for the club. Quote

The fans deserve some honesty from the club as it is people are dropping off right left and centre if there was a plan a direction fans more likely to stick with it, but all we hear is deafening silence. jules_darby Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 He's just a bad, bad Manager He's gotten his "honest" bunch of players and it's worse than ever; the Management is the common denominator And PG / ED / the board / whoever makes these decisions need to realise it and cut the chord ASAP The longer he is here, the further away we are from turning it around Irrespective of what other "name" we might attract right now, if he's not the right man for the job he's the wrong man for the job Enough is enough Quote
mickbrown Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 I know I sound like a broken record, but it was a bizarre appointment in the first place and I've been banging on for the past 12 months that he should have been sacked. This won't change folks. He won't turn it around. Tactically far too clever for his own good, and absolutely piss poor man management. Get shut now. Quote
Traf Posted September 14, 2014 Posted September 14, 2014 Who has Freedman signed that has turned out to be any good? Jutkiewicz was probably his best deal and that was a loan. Quote
