Facts slowly being released here. You have probably heard that he nodded off and the bloke who managed the place tried to disarm him but failed and is dead. He then started shooting women. Of course but my antagonism comes from the 'first thought'. Mine was instantly with the families of the besieged. Others instantly thought of 'poor' insulted muslims. They and I are from different planets.

 

I do accept that tolerance is a huge part of what we are. I have many friends from all over the world here. The Indians across and two doors away are fantastic people. The Sikh family up on the corner always come over and have a chat when they see us out walking. Lovely dogs (huskies) and very generous in their access to their fruit trees (especially the mulberry one which the missus loves).

 

We have everything here besides Indians - Honkies, Singers, Italians, Portuguese, Spanish and, of course, loads of 'Poms'. We all get together Christmas Eve and have a great street party. Only the Aussies spoil it
