It's interesting that he felt he needed to convince PG and ED that he was the man for the job though. tbf, our training complex, ground and stuff behind the scenes have always been highly spoke of.

Maybe something to do with PG saying he was looking for someone with Championship experience, something that Lennon hasn't got.

To be fair to him though he said he came up had a look around on weds and his mind was already made up then it was down to convincing PG he was right for us. He left Celtic in May, passing up the opportunity to to their third manager to lift 4 successive titles. Presume he wanted a challenge - well he knows he's got one, and so do we.
