If Sam had been given the money for a top striker that team would have been in a comfortable 4th place, just two quality full backs short of challenging the big 3 of the time Chelsea, Arsenal and Man U. Anelka in the 2004/05 team would have been something

Maybe not PL but was player of the year, twice, in the Championship for us

Not sure if that makes him any good though
