Tremendous bit of knowledge 👏

Had no idea either.

God, Gary Brabin, that a name I've not hear since school in the 90s. Blackpool cult hero.

He's been around the block both as a player and manager.  Managed a few teams including Cambridge and Luton when they were in the conference, lost in play offs for both.

They'll be dancing in the streets of Serravalle tonight, as San Marino have secured their first ever competitive win

I've only just learned that Total Network Solutions changed their name to The New Saints.  I kept wondering who New Saints were and always thought references to TNS was the original version of it.  Been that way since 2006 apparently, since Total Network Solutions were taken over by BT!

And their sporting director Gary Brabin is also Mickey Mellon's assistant manager at Oldham.

No charge for this info.

Haha. Must be so boring supporting the runner up in a 2 horse race.

Fancy losing the league by the end of August

Still recovering from the rebuild after the lower leagues trek. The day will come.

And that's why I'm a fan of the nations League

Except for when they went unbeaten all season and won the league

European final? Quite the achievement for a Scottish team

...and they should have won it with that late chance. Watched that one in Zurich with the Romansh Loyal.

We'd have taken at least 13 touches in between all that lot.

Yon lad who vollyed would've bought the ball down run to the byline and tried to square a ball back across goal through a load of legs.

Or back to Harry Kane who was in our own half protecting the back four.

I assumed gonzo was talking about Bolton. The fact it works for both us and England is infuriating 😂
