He's had numerous jobs and garnered a great deal of experience. Never stayed for particularly long which is clever. Show some promise and achieve some success. Then move on, and gradually work your way upwards. Mourinho does similar. Fair enough, but being able to achieve success then keep achieving it, reinventing teams over a prolonged period of time at one club is something else.
