Yep was annoyed when he left but like anything time is a great healer and its a lot easier to remember the many more good times.

Hopefully Traf's is very much the minority view. Given what we now know about how much of a prick DF was, I think his reaction to his treatment by him was pretty restrained. Forget the twitter bollocks from his wife, SKD was and always will be one of the BWFC greats. It'd be wonderful to see him, Youri, Jay Jay, Ivan, Bruno, Stelios, Hierro, Gudni, Jussi (Jesus, we had some good times!) pull on the shirt again.

Thought he stayed with us a year too long and the whole business of his departure was all very unsavoury, but let's not forget how much of that was down to his wench rather than SKD himself and does nothing to diminish his overall contribution to the club over so many years.

Best SKD memory was when he scored the winner at Southampton after Nolan levelled a few minutes earlier. He ran past the Southampton fans kissing the Bolton badge and then went to celebrate towards our lot in the corner. It was absoloute pandemonium in our end.

 

Then there's the smaller matter of smashing the ball past Oliver Kahn at the Alianz Arena.

 

The mans a Bolton legend, despite how gobby his wife is.
