December 21, 201411 yr Has the hammers in the same place he had us at Christmas and has asked for funds for a champions league push. Wonder if they back him or do a gartside and fuck him off
December 21, 201411 yr I'd say it's a toss up who has more chance of playing in the Champions Leqgue next year, West Ham or me. That 'back me' thing is a great get out clause for a second half of season slump. More managers should do it. Edited December 21, 201411 yr by Blixa
December 22, 201411 yr I reckon he could as well. Particularly if he continues to do well with West Ham.
December 22, 201411 yr If he wants the England gig he would have to answer the questions raised by the Panorama programme he didn't at the time.
December 22, 201411 yr Still think he'll get the England job one day. No chance that boat has sailed No chance that boat has sank There was no boat. It was a raft that Sam constructed in his own egotistical imagination.
December 22, 201411 yr There was no boat. It was a raft that Sam constructed in his own egotistical imagination. To be fair, if he did have an ego it would be completely justifiable.
December 22, 201411 yr There was no boat. It was a raft that Sam constructed in his own egotistical imagination. That raft got him a interview for the England job, so it was not a bad constructed raft
December 22, 201411 yr That raft got him a interview for the England job, so it was not a bad constructed raft I never commented on the quality of the raft.
December 22, 201411 yr He has proved plenty wrong before Blixa and he may yet do it again. I think he's one of the most effective managers in the country, probably in Europe. But I'm pretty sure his Hammers will run out of steam into the new year. European qualification maybe, but definitely not Champions League.
December 22, 201411 yr Champions League qualifiers will still be four of the usual suspect sadly. More than likely Man City, Chelsea, Man Utd and Arsenal. I do really hope that an "outsider" does manage to qualify for a change

December 23, 201411 yr I hope they fail to qualify for Europe. Just because of Martin Peado Samuel. WHU are top of the Fair Play League!
December 24, 201411 yr Russel Brand is a hammer, so fuck em, he's a prick. This with Christmas bells on.
