How can we be signing someone even NL said we have no funds!

Brandon Barker has gone to Rotherham on a loan so its not him.

Lennon is being made to look a fool by those above him, continuously talking about signings that never come off. Got a feeling he's not going to be here much longer. Wouldn't blame him either. How can he realistically look at signing anyone when he seems to have no idea what his budget is?

I agree that he should go with what he's got, but I get the impression he's going on wild goose chases, only to find out at the last minute that he can't afford the goose anyway. There seems to be a massive lack of communication between him and the board, which he's started to hint at in public. Doesn't bode well at all.
