I don't know what to believe, honestly.

 

Every expert I've heard speak has contradicted the last one - there shouldn't have been any residual agent left, it wouldn't have been effective after all that time,  It can't work through skin contact, it can work through skin contact, it must be new agent, old agent etc etc
