Approval ratings typically fall a few months post election, and all this simply adds to it.

We know that forces on the "other side" acted against him at times, but he doesn't half give them ammo.

I agree. Plenty of very odd and ropey behaviour. But we've known that for 30 years. It wouldn't surprise me at all if he'd dabbled in this type of behaviour in the past. I just haven't seen or heard any evidence of it. Other than whispers and hearsay. So until I do - he'll continue to remain in the narcissistic arsehole category rather narcissistic paedo category that he would otherwise immediately be transferred to. 

Either way - I'm not letting him babysit my kids.

Correct….atm. So you’re fully entitled to presume innocence. However, if you look at the guy’s character, and friends he keeps, then it’s not unreasonable to have the opinion of likely guilt, whether balance of probability or beyond reasonable doubt.

You might be right - and if you are I'd expect that the next occupants of the white house will expose it (if it does indeed implicate him) if it's the Dems. 

Although it does beg the question why the Biden administration didn't order for the release of the files - if they knew that DT featured in there heavily. Or there was evidence of wrongdoing. 

Surely that would have tipped the balance back to Biden/Harris significantly. 

My guess is his name comes up in the files - but not to the extent that there's any evidence of wrongdoing. 

And he could put all of this to bed by ordering the release of the files of course.

There's probably all manner of "important" people listed in those files, who don't want them seeing the light of day, even if Trump wanted to release them (which I'm not sure he does) those who pull his strings may prevent it.
