No sign of The Great Escape happening with 19 games to go. This season has turned into The Great Disgrace. The Rotherham game was last chance saloon for me. No chance of Lennon changing anything now as he is totally mad. Same starting eleven, same formation, same outcome. Next chapter in The Great Disgrace is just around the corner in the FA Cup Relay. Glad for us it is not being shown live. Suffered more than enough this season. Football is about winning and losing. At our club it's about losing and then finding a different way to lose. Dry January now has a new meaning.

As has already been said Lennon showed ineptness again today by taking Vela off instead of a wide player, grit was needed in midfield, but we have come to expect inane decisions from him, maybe it's not a foregone conclusion that we will go down, but it is if Lennon is left in charge, and I have always backed him until recent weeks.

Supposedly, when you are young you are hungry and eager to impress. The fans will not go apeshit as they half expect it. The current lot are diabolical! They are no team! if their confidence is hot then they should not be where they are. Play them! A team of young professionals looking to make an impression will match a team of semi pros doing the same.
