no balls
Great Thai restaurant, can't remember the name but it'll come to me I'm sure, loads of decent bars. I've got to go with work next week so will pay more attention after work and report back.

Called The Orchid. Edited February 12, 2016 by White on Tyne

embankment
Sack Bettys. Find the old theatre . Ask . Up stairs better brew and cakes. Plus a couple of real ales. Loads of interesting memorabilia . See Embankment is cultured sometimes
leigh white
Missed a train at the place going back to Leeds, got stung to fuck drinking in the Harrogate Tap at the station at those prices waiting for the next train.
Burndens Bogs
Harrogates a great town for having a booze in, can't remember any of the names apart from Wetherspoons and The Blues bar but it's quite a compact town, so you'll find them all easy enough. Big City Girl
Sack Bettys. Never got that. I appreciate what they do, but who would queue for an hour for a cup of tea and a scone?
no balls
I nip to the Harlow Carr one as it's on my route. No messing about with the old biddies queuing in town. The Florentines are belting.

Anyway, I know it's a lovely day and all that but queuing outside for a brew? No thanks.
Site Supporter MickyD Posted February 24, 2016 Site Supporter Share Posted February 24, 2016 (edited) http://www.cattlemens.co.uk/ Belting for steaks. Last time I went they had a Cattleman's Challenge. 72 oz steak plus trimmings to be eaten in an hour (Don't quote me, it was a while ago) EDIT: It was 96 oz Now that's one hell of a steak! http://www.cattlemens.co.uk/steakchallenge/ Edited February 24, 2016 by MickyD

No messing about with the old biddies queuing in town. The Florentines are belting. Once paid a visit there then went for some grub. Father in law decided to order a bottle of wine. When the first glass was poured a massive fuck off spider, a Californian, flooded into the glass. The staff were horrified! Piss funny!
