Thanks for banging on about it. We're all eternally grateful for your insight

  • I like how they have voted Chris Powell as their first choice.   Not many clubs can say they have had two black managers in a row.

Ranieri at Leicester was seen as an appointment doomed to fail by many.

Bilic in for Fat Sam was also viewed with skepticism.

All of our appointments since Allardyce left have been viewed in the positive with the exception of Ginger Mourinho.

Even Sammy Lee had it's positives although hindsight has left that looking doomed from the outset

Was ranieri to ever doomed to fail? Ok not an inspiring choice and given the expectations of Leicester fans survival would be best so what he's achieved is a massive bonus.

I predict our next manager will be sacked before the end of the season and Holdsworth will be the next gaffer. YFHIHF.

Carver, Nolan or Green..

What happened to the other 47 applicants?

M Mouse and D Duck got to the llast five but both had wigan post codes!

Green is being 2nd interviewed this week. I think it's Thursday

Scott green......yawn yawn yawn

You boys need some new material

I've heard warren Joyce

Scott green, bingo machine

The scary thing is, some of these lads are serious about Scott Green

Can he be any worse than lennon?

Can he be any worse than lennon?

Lennon had his hands tied from Day 1.

Lennon had his hands tied from Day 1.

He should have done better with that collection of players.

Regardless of personnel he couldn't bring in.

Take a look at Rotherham.

I think he lost all motivation in the job long before Rotherham, once he found out he'd been lied to.

Granted, he wasn't the best but I am pretty sure he'll be a success elsewhere, in better circumstances.

I meant look at Rotherham's collection of bang average players and what can be achieved with a decent manager and a bit of pride and organisation.

I quite like the idea of Warren Joyce. Experience at this level, good contacts and working with youngsters.

Green is Wednesday, Carver is on Thursday

I think you're underestimating their players.

I think you're underestimating their players.

No he isn't.....he really & truly isn't.

I think you're underestimating their players.

I can't even name a single player of theirs.

I don't think he is

I think he's trying to point out what a half decent manager can do with a bit of motivation and pride.

Lennon did have his hands tied, but he was still dogshit. He frittered away what little budget he did have on utter toss, and showed himself to be tactically terrible.

He'll be back at Celtic next season, and I reckon he'll stay there for a long time.

The only time he had his hands tied was when he was with his tarts

I don't think he is

You get what you pay for at the of the day. You can be sure that Lennon had to resort to his plan B of transfer targets.

I can't even name a single player of theirs.

I can't name you many players for anyone any more

Just gone right of footy full stop since we've been dog shit

I used to be red hot

Seen MOTD about twice since relegation let a lone that fucking daft football league show

I think he did lose his motivation, but while happy to collect the salary I think he is fair game for stick aimed at him.

Don't blame him for collecting his salary but if it were me I'd still be trying my best.

I wonder though how good he might be long term and where they might be this time next season

As a short term boost it was a great choice, he has a link with the club and gave a boost to the players. And it has saved them

Over the long term I'm not so sure

they've got some decent enough players rotherham, not that i would of known without looking..

danny ward is there now apparently

I can't even name a single player of theirs.

Danny Ward.
