I'm guessing JP was on a salary for a Cat A academy, we are now Cat B & talk about going to Cat C, he needs to realise that that will reflect in his salary offer.

It's all guesswork when it's about off the field activities nobody knows

Phillips has been running the academy. I can't say that he has done a remarkable job in terms of bringing talent through down the years. So no great loss if he went.

Bit of a whisper that Rob Holding going to get England under-21 call after all. Won't do the kid any harm. Or his value.

If Phil Parkinson gets sacked at Bradford and there's every chance after their stuffing today he would be ideal for us.
