  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Finished season 3 of American Gods, didn't think it was as shite as loads did.

Started a fly on the wall thing about Aussie rules on Amazon, too early to know if it's worth watching.

The new series of Walking Dead is really really struggling.

Anyone watched The Irregulars yet?

Gascoigne on Netflix, proper brings back the emotion of WC 1990, good documentary film, but by God Gazza is an emotional wreck, you feel for him, brilliant player but as a person he is just about hanging on.

He's currently in the Italian version of I'm A Celebrity I think.

To be fair it did improve after they kept to the books again and there was actually some advancement of the plot. Season 2 was so terrible I was going to sack it off.

Just watched Finding Jack Charlton. Better then I thought it would be. An insight to his role as Ireland manager, the fallout with his brother Bobby and his coming to terms with dementia.

Brought back memories of the USA 94 WC. First WC I ever watched.

Loving this bbc2 Greater Manchester programme on organised crime. In wrong job me

Its a classic, one of the best if not the best TV programme ever, beautifully written and acted, funny, charming and sad, I still pop it out of the dvd box every now and again.

Never see it on TV, Netflix, amazon etc... its not one of those were the PC brigade think its risky and they've taken it down?

Its been on gold very occasionally.

Cos it drags it on. They wait for you to say summat longer and then have to say for the benefit of the Recording the suspect has refused to answer. Just drags it all out so you end up in there for longer.

I've always wondered that, especially as they start off saying "You have the right to remain silent...."
