  • Ah, those lads who wanted their country back , upset by foreigners who came over on boats pinching  all the houses and land and changing the native culture and not assimilating into it.  thought you

  • Benedict Cumberbatch played Alan Turing in The Imitation Game, he's not even a proper bummer.

  • Not quite a show… but the missus has fallen asleep mid program; I do it all the time, just watch on… she doesn’t agree. She’s now fallen asleep 3 times during last 10 mins of episode of Outlaws.

Watching the doc about PC Harper on ITV is heartbreaking. To lose the love of your life 4 weeks after getting married, just by him doing his job. His poor wife.

Time to catch up with last night's C5 latest misery porn, documentary about the disappearance of Shannon Matthews.

£3.2m it cost, that boyfriend was a wrong 'un but I think they fitted him up so he'd grass, how the fuck did they even know The fucking Sun would put a reward up? Seven fucking kids - I bet the last one charged out like Sean Bean as Sharpe with a flintlock pistol and a cutlass. Isn't it where Jo Cox got killed?  Probably makes New Bury look like Bel Air.

Her hair sample indicated she'd been fed Temazepam for ages.

Yeah, she'd been kept on a leash and doped for about 2 yrs, roughly 3 miles from where Jo Cox was murdered. Backward fuckers round there.

Her best mate was on - she doesn't even know where she is now she's been moved. It painted a picture of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre territory.

Some of the thickest fuckin people this country has ever produced in that family

Did anyone see The Real Peaky Blinders on BBC2? If you can stand an hour or two of that accent it was an interesting watch.

Growing up, I just accepted that working class folk like us generally liked a bet on the mokes, liked a street/football/night club fight, defended their street/suburb/town etc. against interlopers without giving any thought to the reasons why.

I found the show quite illuminating.

Great Lever, Farnworth and New Bury lads worked in cahoots to fight Tonge Moorers on sight - they always used sly tactics like carrying Stanleys and using them because they were thieving pussies (Tonge Moor) . A few lads got defensive slash wounds but they (Tonge Moor) always got battered in fair (on our part) fights.

Bullshit.

Do you want photos? Most of my mates went to St. James's so had mates from Farnworth and New Bury. The little shits from Tonge Moor did carry Stanleys, my oldest mate has a massive scar on his hand from when a mob of them cornered him in town - him alone. Shithouses...

There was friendship between G/L, Farnworth and New Bury in my generation, we had friends in LL too.

Lies, nobody has friends in LL, they stick to their own and don't engage with anybody outside the village (apart from when they need to bring some new blood/genetics in, as the inbreeding has got too much again)

Well they were more acquaintances really, I witnessed one hit his best mate over the head with a Newky Brown bottle in the Man and Scythe - over some trivial matter, then they just carried on as normal. We went to a party up there once, on foot obviously, fucking hell it was like trekking to The South Pole. A mate went back with some lads to carry on drinking after closing time - he genuinely said he was concerned if he fell asleep he'd wake up being bummed. They're a strange lot, possibly only matched by denizens of Prestolee.

From a Baddy

to a Goody

Has 'Sir' Lenny Henry got Aids? Off an Ethiopian in the 1990's? He looks emaciated and gaunt.

New Topboy season was great

Philip (of the Terence and Philip show) has OCD - he keeps stroking his bald head - he's also more or less going to pounce on Louise Redknapp - twat him Jamie even though you're divorced.

I implore you to watch it, it's a car crash.

Tried Bad Vegan on Netflix. They really need to cut out the filler flab on their docuseries. Switched it off, life's too short
