Big loss, his mazey runs really take the pressure off the team at times. Pratley and Clayton to come back, but just don't give the same outlet as sammy, well pratley doesn't I can't remember about Clayton. Failing that time for Henry to step up.

It's mad how folk see things differently.

 

I thought he was superb in the latter stages. Couple of them runs were superb.

 

He reminds me of diouf the way he holds the ball up and like Matt says take the pressure off by keeping the ball.

I didn't think Ameobi was either poor or superb yesterday but he played his part in the win, just like every other player.  Most impressed with the work he puts in for the team, he held the ball up well sometimes & went on some exciting runs.....on the down side i'm not sure how much he actually created, his final ball is very hit & miss.

A couple of runs in 90 mins. He lost posession many times in the game. I would like him to stay but i reckon we wouldn't miss him that much.

Don't think there's another player in the league that plays like Sammy, but he's not irreplaceable. Works hard to help his full back though, much harder than Clough in fact.
