There are many ways to progress

Maghoma is a perfect example of why Premier League clubs send players out on loan. IMO he is the most talented player in the team and certainly does things no one else does.

However....he also gives the ball away and disappears in games, has he got the physical and mental attitude to contribute when the positive stuff ain't working as well as it can. 
 

100% there is a player in there, can we afford to have him learning on the job ? Hopefully.

Whether that should be acted upon by the FA etc.

By current rules iirc mean the player couldn't immediately go elsewhere, as he wasn't a free agent at the previous window.

Hes very talented, and , at present is the only player who looks like a game changer. Attitude and commitment is the  issues for me.

I see Rovers have received a bid of £18.5m from Palace for their teenager Wharton

And they've turned it down

It just shows the financial gulf between the top two leagues and the rest

And how can City just sign an 18  year  for 12.5 million when they are, supposedly, in so much shit?

It certainly was the case that the clubs could get shut but still retain the players registration

If he misbehaves & his contract terminated he's a free agent. Nor does it have to be in a Window.

If they send him to train with tje kids & refuse to play him then they still hold his contract & still have to pay him.

Looking at this, I don't think it's quite so clear either way.

Potential for some sort of tribunal/hearing to ascertain who is actually responsible for it I reckon.

Fortunately, we don't see such instances.

He was an unused substitute at Bournmouth tonight.
