Just checked to see if Swansea had an U21 team in the EFL Trophy this season. They didn't. So hopefully that means this new lad will be eligible for Tuesday night.

The BN reporting he will be ready to go straight into the team on Saturday. Hes been on Swanseas bench for the last couple of games so must be fit.

Alfie May, all 5' 9" of him, has recently signed for effectively his home town club Charlton.

180° different to Vic. Very decent striker at this level but he's not coming to Bolton.

He was at Cheltenham and wanted to move closer to his family in Kent.
So much so that he was even on the verge of signing for lowly Gillingham, before Charlton stepped in.
Why another club somewhere between Cheltenham and Gillingham didn't step is a bit of a mystery but he was never coming North.

Perhaps when you read Robbie Savage using that excuse to get a move to Blackburn from Birmingham
