We've just won promotion using a gaggle of players nobody else wanted, littered with injury plagued loanees and players that were cast as cart horses, one trick ponies and generally weak as piss.

I don't think he has.......the clue is in the fact that Queens Park are doing very well with 2 successive promotions.

The useless cunt takes over in the summer so we can expect QP to turn to shite very quickly next season.

Watching the play offs earlier they mentioned that the Luton manager took the table tennis table and smashed it up. Coyle made it his most important training tool.

Aye, i think he said that the players spent too much time playing table tennis & it was a choice of talking them round or getting rid of the table......& decided that it was easier to burn the table 😊.  Owenbastardcoyle would be horrified.

Casino in getting it wrong shocker! 🤣

We’ll I wish him luck, I never understood the abuse some threw at him. Had he signed a decent defensive coach to work with him I’m sure things would have been different but even so I’ll never forget that salmon leap goal he scored at Wembley to start our comeback against Reading.

Lovely fella, cult hero as a player.

However his stubborness and ineptitude as a manager started our demise.

He didnt half have some bad luck mind.

Jeez, you two will get him twitching again...

Exactly where I am at. Good bloke who was too stubborn. Ridiculous bad luck to go with bad management. We played maybe our best stuff at top level under him in spells.

I sorted the threads the other day by oldest first and there was one linking him with a move to Liverpool and all the posts saying hope he doesn’t go.

Things changed fast lol

Perfect fella to have around when things are going well. First one out the door when things start to go wrong

Same Owen coyle who got burnley promoted to the premier league? Or a different One?

consistency isn’t a strong point for some

Queens park will be pushing at top end of the championship next season. Imagine Luca Connell will be back there for another season. He’s had a cracking season by all accounts

Coyle essientially has one trick - he's a man motivator.

Beyond that, he's clueless.

Coyle had no plan B and a lot of the time his plan A was questionable.

While he had rotten luck with injuries he wore shorts as a manager and spent more than £4.80 on David N’gog.

That’s completely unforgivable, therefore

It seems so, but short lived.

We may want to ask our new junior coach, Fabrice Muamba, about his motivational skills. Or Ivan Klasnic.

Motivation and management are different things.

Remember thinking he looked a cut above for us. Admittedly was the time to shine but he bossed the team at 17.

Will be interesting to see if he kicks on.

Too be fair Tuchel will probably survive spending 100m on Lukaku. I could see some logic in the N’gog deal as he showed he had talent. Defo a flop though.

aye he’s still a young lad but needs to now really push on. I still think he will be a top player but I know about the same as everyone else on here which amounts to fuck all 😬 although listening to some you wouldn’t think it

I agree with this. I don't know what's happened at Celtic for him to end up at Queen's Park (although I suspect he might've started believing his own hype). It seemed clear to me, though, that he had ability and from the brief snippets I've seen of him at Queen's Park he looks a cut above.

Think he’s still a Celtic player, just on loan atm.

Oh aye, I know that. I just meant I don't know what happened for them to send him out on loan to the third tier.

I know Celtic have sent a few there in recent years so they might have a partnership or something.
