Payet Refusing To Train At West Ham

Apparently he has asked to leave and is refusing to train.

This is one of the most annoying things about the modern game.

He is probably paid 70-90K a week and under contract but the club are relatively powerless.

We've had a similar thing on here before. If he won't train then they shouldn't pay him. Let him become unfit.

Can WHU legally hold his wages back? You would imagine so as he's in breach of contract

However if they don't pay then can he walk away

They have money, I would let him rot given the circumstances

West Ham really are going backwards and fast

Thought he would have flitted in the summer tbh. But yeah an absolute cunts trick

I remember when Van Hooijdonk did it with Forest and when he eventually came back in the side, he scored but no cunt would celebrate with him, haha. I got second hand embarrassment just watching it

Too good for them, don't agree with not training like.

Iirc there's a time period before he can walk- I'm sure someone on here will know how it works.

It really is a massive cunts trick.

Didn't he sign from Marseille? Perhaps they can offer more money after being taken over. Turds trick that though

If he was that good he wouldn't be at West Ham.

Even if he relents and does return the damage is largely done.

Will he be giving his all for a team he thinks he is too good for ?

The club will probably be forced to sell and the distraction is something they could well do without.

Pointless cutting your nose off to spite your face. He's on £125k per week supposedly. Get what you can for him and use the money to sign 2 or 3 decent players who will keep them up. Then if he stays in the prem, break his feckin legs next time he plays against the club

He's built a reputation now at West Ham and for France, West Ham wouldn't get this Payet now

1 good season and he thinks he's the dogs bollocks, no other club should even look at signing a cunt like that, but as we all know that will never happen

Believe slippery Ken has a fax in his pocket from Payet's agent saying he's coming to the Macron!

Too good for them,

Is he though?  -  is he not just a bit of a one season wonder?

I think so, better than what West Ham are, reckon he's proved his worth, thought he'd have been snapped up after his great season and Euro's, I think he'd be better with better players around him also

is he having a bad season? not on last seasons level, only a couple of Prem goals, 6 assists. his set pieces will be valuable if nothing else.

Maximum fine a club can levy is 2 weeks wages.

Even if they try that you can see the PFA sticking their beak in.

They can cancel his contract but will then not be entitled to a fee.

Just get a sicknote saying he cant work because of stress

What are the odds on the Hammers going down? Payet is a kcunt btw.

Worth a punt?

Hes created 16 more chances than anyone else in the premier league this season

Plus had the highest amount of assists in Europe during a season at Marseille

And Mario Jardel won 2 European Golden Boots.

Good. Horrible club..

Easily in my top 5 most hated
