Salford Trotter
Aye, some monumental defending in that last 20 Agreed...an outstanding defensive performance in the face of a Saints onslaught in the second half Edited March 30, 2017 by Salford Trotter
chief wiggum
Not been on for a bit but have been in radio contact with Salford and Blackley, what is going on? Salford have learned how to defend, Leyth have decided they're a Superleague club and are performing admirably in my view, points on the board at this stage which bodes well for them going forward. I tip my bowler to Smiffs kind words re Watko and the good Dr, I will say that the Leigh setup is first class and I hope they stick around. Never enough Lancashire teams in rugby league. As I said to blackley before though, my dream is still to avoid the middle 8's ???? No doubt we'll lose 10 points on a technicality ???? Mounts Kipper
Seem to have bit of guts now Salford looked ominous at 14-10 but toughed it out unlike previous seasons.
Big E
Great result for Salford last night. Not looking forward to Saturday at all. gonna be another heavy defeat.  Hopefully smiffs will take me for a pint after.
blackleywhite
I hope Rob Lui got the ale in last night made that last ten minutes a bit squeaky. Our defence is unrecognisable from previous seasons and it looks like we have actually got a group of players who like each other and will work their bollocks off for the team. Very nice having a halfback pairing playing so well that Todd Carney can only get a place on the bench :-) Why Saints thought signing Matty Smith (or "Matthew" as the bellend Phil Clarke insisted on calling him) was a good idea I will never know. We had 4 halfbacks on the pitch last night i'd have picked before him.
Big E
I think he did what he needed to at the time. yes it made it nervey but you were on the back foot before that
blackleywhite
How did he need to strip the ball out of the defender's hands after it had gone out on their 10 metre line???

MancWanderer
I didn't the dirty Yarkshire cunts  Thought Shaun Wane was graciousness personified in his post-match interview  They were the better team but tackles like that crunch tackle or whatever they called it show what a dirty, disgusting set of cunts they are. And also trying to set up for a conversion when the video ref has said 'No Try'  Cheating, revolting, cunty set of cunts. Fuck em. Marching on together - fuck you!!!!
