That's Horwich's point. If they've sold 10000 season tickets then that's the starting point, irrespective of how many of them turn up to games

I'm not sure I follow.  If the crowd really was 12500 as announced then that's 10k or so STHs turned up + others.  If 5k STHs didn't attend as he's suggested, then we missed out on a crowd of 17,500 for a midweek fixture v Doncaster. I dont see it

ST holders are included - whether they attend or not

They count the ST holders even if they don’t go.

So last nights actual crowd was really only 7,500? Nah, I'm not having that

I'd genuinely be interested to know how you came to that conclusion.

Crowd was 12,500 wasnt it? They brought 400 or so? How many STs did we sell in the end?

Season tickets are counted whether they attend or not so the attendance doesn’t really tell us much.

With @medwaywhite’s missing four, two working, one living in York and my lad not doing midweek games we had 8 unused season tickets last night out of our 12 that sit around each other. In reality there’s not a huge amount that can change that - 23 games is quite a commitment, after all. The key is the club continue to prioritise ST holders so that people continue to feel appreciated enough - and remain financially prudent - to carry on renewing regardless of missing games over the season.

Yeah I get all that and one of our group was missing last night too.  Midweek fixtures in December when you're on a poor run of form are notoriously low attendances.  I'm just perplexed at the assertion that as many as 5000 STHs were missing.  Certainly, i imagine there were very few casual fans there last night.

I reckon there was 9 or 10k on

It looked very sparse from where I was ... which made mongo corners singing of "Your support is fucking shit" to Doncaster a tad embarrassing.

There was also a chant of “we’re fucking shit, we’re fucking shit” in mongo corner 🙄

Our PA system is bogwank and needs an overhaul.

It wasn't fit for purpose years ago.

Have they challenged the 'admin charge' on tickets

That should be number 1

I thought it was way too loud. The PA bloke was shouting though, I’d suggest that could be part of the prob!

Thats your age 🤣

Maybe just like many people on phones, UoB Voice man just doesn’t get that he has no need to shout into a microphone. I get he adds a bit of excitement into his voice but he is a bit shouty.

Most microphones of that nature automatically cut out if the noise level goes past a certain point. Trouble is, those on the mic hear it cutting out and just shout all the more!

Had an email off these asking for £10 ,  says 900 people out of the 6386 who initially joined are still paying their tenner a year.

Also on the email there was a link to a survey about a Priority Points reward scheme posted a couple of days ago , i know plenty folk want this to happen for ticketing......Link to survey is here >   https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/rewardsschemesurvey

I'm genuinely surprised there are that many still paying. Does anybody on here pay?

£9k a year won't even cover their website costs.

Got banned for asking questions they don't want to give answers too!

They can go fook themselves! They don't represent me. On that survey they want being a Trust Member to count towards some points towards away tickets ... again, go fook yourselves.
