In major cities, stuff like roadblocks at all junctions etc i.e like Northern Ireland would help....that would have clearly identified those cunts as terrorists due to their apparel but resources needed for such measures would be countless. I don't think a 100 police on the street will make a difference but an intelligence officer with several links and sources to an area will.

I would say this subject is beyond that, merely repeating what I've heard off a few serving police officers. For what it's worth i thought May made some good points today. I'm not sure what the answer is if some bloke is hiring a van and telling no one. I'd increase relations with the Muslim community, they're surely the best intelligence you can get but I'd throw the book at anyone who had links with ISIS. I'm guessing it's not that simple though.

May conveniently excludes these from the numbers. Let's listen to the police and counter terrorist experts...I should add people not usually known for their left wing agendas...the cuts are a huge problem. We can never know if greater numbers would have prevented the attack, but the experts and those directly involved certainly say it hasn't helped. May has to take some blame. It happened on her watch.
