Well that's a reality check for our defence. Madine playing superbly though.

What a load of bollocks. They have had 3 chances and scored

Had more than that, Alioski missed a sitter.

Goooooooaaaaallll

Madine is so important to us playing well, problem is getting the midfield up and around him. Vela has had a good game but been forced deep and wide by a lack of support from Darby.

Hopefully Buckley can provide more help to the front two this last 20 minutes.

That sackho bloke has to be the worst player I have ever seen

That's vela fucked

Cometh millwall away cometh pratley

Terrible first half, better second half. Madine won every header today, but we didn't pick up from it well.

Positives are our forwards are off the mark and we didn't have our strongest team (Morais and Ameobi)

One of the most obvious penalties you'll see.

Apart from Vela freekicks on the right side we hardly threatened an equaliser, though if Buckley didn't have a bad touch he was in a good position.

Defensive mistakes have cost us a point or three.

Madine class. Must... resist.... slating... Darby

Play like that every week and we'll finish top half

Tactics spot on

Selection spot on

Tactics spot on? Different game to me

Commitment couldn't be faulted just naive in defence and too much space for them at times due to wrong system for me

Defend like a bunch of fuckwits and you get beat. Simple . Hopefully we can get better at the basics because there were some positives

Not convinced with 2 of those 3 statements

Selection probably about right but we held off them for far too long and were very deep for spells

Much better when we pressed and challenged for the 2nd balls

Not too bad overall but I'd be very surprised if we finish top half

I don't see a great deal of improvement from the team we got relegated with, the fighting spirit couldn't be faulted but morale and fighting spirit is likely to  drop when the defeats pile up.

It's not a surprise given the budget Parky has to work with.

Didledee makes a good point that it wasn't our best team, if Parky hadn't signed Morais we'd still be in the 3rd division, but Leeds were so much better when it mattered i think we'd still have lost  at full strength.

In good spirits considering

Leeds nothing special at all, we had key players out

Pains me to say but felt more comfortable with West Ham lad over wheater on

Looked like a broken leg for Vela to me ...really hope Im wrong.

More of an ankle injury as I saw it.

Lack of pace and creativity in the first half was corrected with the introduction of Burke at the back and Buckley and Armstrong going forward.good potential over all. Leeds will be top half so not too bab I think.

hope it was not much , but sure I saw the lower part of his leg/ankle wobble as he was rolling over . Im very worried.

If we avoid injuries we'll be fine if we don't we'll struggle ...... so far we're suffering on that front again!

That was a miles better side than the one that got relegated miles better - well played Gaz Madine inter play far superior to Wood and he's worth what £10m???

Not too disheartened, just disappointed to get nothing from the game. The difference in quality at this level is clear as day. Madine was excellent. If he plays like that all season we'll be fine.

Cullen can play. I think he'll be a very important signing.

Concerned about Vela. He's one of the last players I'd have wanted to get stretchered off.

Nothing to worry about in this division going by today thought we have them to much respect first half much better second half and with our 2 Most creative players back we will easily survive.

my thoughts

Surprised by the comments on today's performance, Leeds where very average but beat us. We didn't create any decent opportunities from open play, only set pieces.

We set up not to lose which is always a mistake. Beevers, wheater and dervite looked way off the pace, Burke instantly made things feel more solid. Buckley and Armstrong made us look more of a threat.

Leeds are not one of the best teams in this league, if you want to stay up you have to be getting atleast a point off them at home. Hopefully next game he won't set them up so negative.
