I've known loads who went there, some are the brightest people I know, some are brilliant academics but totally useless even working at the job I do (In an old agency we sacked more Oxbridge students than any other for being totally useless at simple budget management or just being able to have basic common sense)

An Oxbridge degree is not a right to lead, and some of the best I've known from those places work doing great work in pretty low paid jobs.
