To curb inflation, a more austere budget is what’s required. We’ve just seen the results of a budget for growth at the wrong time. 
Hunt gave a good performance that should hopefully bring a bit of stability.

The public won't stand for deeper cuts - which is why you are hearing the phrase 'compassionate conservatism' being dusted off from the back of the wardrobe.

Auterity wasn't right first time round, its been a proven failure which has lead to a lot of the position we are in now. It won't work now.

If you are impressed with a man who can stand up and talk without burbling or being more wooden than a coffin, again it shows how far we have fallen.

I know I bring some personal feelings towards why Hunt isn't the man to save this country or his own party even with the BSkyB scandal aside, but then I'm sure many Drs and Nurses do as well.

Crawley what's your/your wife's beef with Hunt at DCMS? 

I thought he was okay in health, obviously funding was an issue but that's primarily at the door of Osborne.
