Wigan should have a Labour Government while Maidenhead should have Conservative. It was a national poll - the rules were clear before theyoff. Those 1m in Scotland who voted leave represent a big proportion of the leave majority overall. Scotland voted to stay in the UK in 2014. The 2016 referendum was therefore UK wide. This is yet another classic remoaning exercise in straw clutching. You need grief counselling. The twisted extent to which you fail to accept the result three and a half years on is quite incredible. Given you’ve lost Scotland and n Ireland and the weight of remain votes there would you be happy with that vote? Given the maths move it further away from your utopian outcome? But the more whining and excuse making I hear (two pet hates in any scenario in life) the more I just want to go by whatever method it takes now. I would likely need a nappy to stop me from actually pissing myself in glee. Stacks of bog-roll everywhere (for tears as well as the conventional use). You wonder how people from the USA to New Zealand and Japan and India to Canada manage to cope outside the EU. Scurvy infested, poverty ridden and barbaric places that they must be outside the sainted jurisdiction of Brussels. God help us if we end up like them.
