Wales has done very badly on lost EU money, estimated to be 1 billion (2021-2025).. This will disproportionately affect the least well off in society as community projects and youth centres are no longer viable. I’m sure they will do a better job of distributing money across the UK but the reality is that the EU money will never be matched by Westminster whoever is in charge.
