Brexit was a fantastic idea on paper.

I nearly voted for it myself.

General rule of thumb in life, if it appears toø good to be true, it probably is.

It was because it was all made up, like a comic or the beano.

The EU is far from perfect, in fact I think it needs serious reform, but the economic argument alone is enough to rejoin.

The fact we are out and still having to take rules as we are now a relative minnow in a big pond is even more so.

You said you didn’t care, which is appalling if you want the best for your kids.

Righto, so if I read all about Brexit and the wars in Israel and Ukraine and everything else that is wrong in the world and get myself as clever as you and others on here the world will be a better place. There are 3 mad fuckers just waiting to kick off a nuclear war then we are all gone

You’re missing the point. I don’t mind if you genuinely aren’t well informed about Brexit.  It’s not everyone’s bag. However to say you don’t care about the impacts is an appalling attitude as it almost certainly will have affected some of your friends and family.

For someone who "doesn't care about politics", you seem quite enamoured of Brexit and Tories.

It reminds me of when Esco used to claim he wasn't interested in politics or party political after a large number of posts quite vigorously defending the Tory position on whatever issue was being discussed at any given time

All to avoid conceding or having to concede a point later on 🙂

And that response is exactly why I posted the picture, and I don't like the Tories so please stop making things up, there's a good boy

So you just post these things to seek attention? Fair enough. Whatever floats your boat.

They won’t reform nor is the economics enough to make us return, some things are worth more than pounds shillings and pence, and this is one such case, we were well aware there was a cost and a re-set prior to the vote and still the majority voted to leave.

Yet you still deny there has been any cost?

In other words, it’s turned out to be a pile of shit because the government we voted for are a bunch of spineless cunts, so let’s ignore it.

😎

Don't put words into my mouth mate. Open your fucking eyes and look what is happening all over Europe.

On second thoughts, don't bother. Just continue as a von Der Leyen sycophantic Europhile like the other sore losers on here and absolutely refuse to acknowledge any positives whatsoever.

Bitterness gets past a point of no return after enough time has passed.

All perfectly normal in a good functioning democracy. 🙄

And you think it will be any different when the hypocrites are in power? That would be a first.

I have got over it. And my shoulder is to the wheel. Currently trying to do more, for and with less! 👍

Good man. More of this is needed from the glassbacks, wastrels and moaners.

I voted to leave

what I didn’t vote for was leave to be run by a shower of narcissistic shit

It’s been fucking wank since day one.

This Tory administration has utterly destroyed everything that you believe in, that I believe in and that most sensible people believe in.

They chose to follow the herd of populist, angry, slogan slaves; bitter cunts who lay the blame for all their ills at the feet of penniless boat folk who are no more a threat to this country than an invasion of kangaroos.

Theyre weak as piss.

Supporting them because of their rosette is even weaker.

Brexit had no chance from the off because it was being, and is still being, managed by Owen Coyle in a shit blonde wig.

Those who voted out, now claim they knew it would be bad for a couple of decades (even though we were told we'd see an immediate upturn).

You know full well this is not true. You are making it up. Most Leavers I listened to used terms similar to 'short term pain for long term gain'. There's been a worldwide epidemic in the meantime which I suspect none of you will freely acknowledge as an obstacle to progress.

Rather than concentrating on the lie that 'an immediate return' was promised, why don't you concentrate on the absolute lies the remain side concocted about immediate disaster or have I missed something and you are all living in tents and accessing the net by candlelight?

Didn't bother with the rest of your hissy fit diatribe.

I just wanted to ask a question on the above. Are you sure?

It’s been dogshit.

deep down, you know I’m right.

And it’s because of the hopeless wankers that we’re in charge of it.

So you didn't answer the question.

Deep down, I know that you are a very confused individual.
