Never ceases to amaze me how little people in the UK seem to know much about population breakdowns between the four nations.

It’s a tough job I’d say he’s doing it reasonably well, 7/10 for me. It’s not now that he needs to worry about it’s when he’s got Labour in power and the  left start to circle him.

Jess Philips was bloody brilliant on yesterday's News Agents podcast

 

Starmer is quite dull and very very moderate. He is closer to traditional Tory than most of the current cabinet.

Boring and centre ground is what we need. I imagine he has a weekly 'to do' list and numerous spreadsheets that he updates on a Sunday in bed wearing his pyjamas.

Will make a decent PM given the chance.

I do think, unlike the Johnson, he does come across as a fairly decent person (I also think, for balance, that Sunak does as well)
