I honestly can't wait for the twisting in the wind that the likes of RW, BB and Mounts are going to go through from now until the election. Its a simple joy to watch at the moment as they see the edifice of this government they have defended crumble as they either backtrack, point the finger in other directions, scream there are no alternatives and call anyone a fool for not seeing the truth of it.

I am a lifelong Labour voter, except for Corbyn, wont take that much twisting, if I get a vote I am still not convinced I will use it.

🤷‍♂️ No idea.

He’s part of a cult, it’s like a football team for him. He was going to vote Labour in the locals even though there wasn’t an election where he lives. No other party matters to him. He’s to far gone.

3 minutes later got the Royal (white) flush

Now that's fishing, lads. 😉

12 months today since Nick Brown was disappeared. Must be some crime he committed.

I've voted all major parties in my time. I've rejoined the Labour party a year ago after 12 years not being a member

I knew you'd like this - just thought it'd be funny to show you how silly it is.

Like I said you’re part of a cult.

Refreshing to hear you support people who are capable of changing their minds, not just sticking slavishly to one ideal regardless of circumstances.

You got there in the end 🥰

Well, always nice to beat them at their own game - however daft it is.

Indeed voting Conservative,, Lib Dem, Greens, WEP and Labour in my time is certainly cultish behaviour.

I was motivated to je-join the Labour party because I like what Starmer and his team is doing in rebuilding the party as an electable force and appealing to left of centreists such as myself and I'm genuinely angry about what the Conservatives from Cameron to Sunak has done with its time in power and want to help get a party that I believe will be better for this country in power rather than sit on my hands just complaining.

Activism - a cornerstone of any healthy democracy.

Remember that game “twister”? I bet they were brilliant at it😅

Never heard of him so had a quick google. Seems he had the whip removed.

Must be some crime? Aye, must be given that the Tory MP on bail for rape still has the whip.

Think that is a BOOM! :)

Almost a year since Liz Truss was disappeared

Collaborative research with UK scientists stopped and all because the EU felt free movement of cooked meats was more important than allowing life saving research, the EU project takes precedent to saving lives... this is what the FPBE mob want apparently.

Fair enough, I do see it that both sides have been idiots though, not just the EU, with the UK being utterly blameless, as you do

Mounts literally voted to leave the Horizon scheme, then complained about the consequences of leaving it, and is now celebrating that we're re-joining, all the while still blaming the EU. 🙃

I’ll wager nobody had heard of Horizon until we were no longer in it.

Probably. Which further emphasizes how fucking stupid the decision to hold a referendum was.

Many months or even years ago I voted to Remain not because I love Brussels or French people but because I did not understand what 'Leave' meant. I still do not. As my pension is all invested I wanted the safest option.

Things like the Irish Border were glossed over in debates, along with financial passporting. Horizon I do not think was even mentioned. But immigration was front and centre. (Well maybe a bit to the right 😘)

Now for the first time I could see another referendum to rejoin.

Nope I voted to leave the EU federal state as part Brexit deal  our government opted to stay in the horizon scheme and the EU then spit their dummy out over cooked meats imports and chose to politicise that over saving lives. But it’s always our fault.
