But folk will still vote for them.

Just to “annoy” a wokey they don’t like though, so it’s not for any political reasons

Instead of concerning yourself with how other people vote, you should be looking at what the next Labour government will do for you and the country. There is very little mention of our next government (seems very likely) not even a mention of the reshuffle today. Seems strange to me. As I’ve said before, Labour will get in because the Tories are so bad, not that they are any good. Worrying times.

I would be more worried if the current twatspautulas had a chance of getting back in.

And I've voted Blue in every election since I was 18.

For now all they have to do is be honest.

I’ll take that.

Theres a lot to fix but if they at least try, then it’s a start.

Because make no mistake, the next government is starting from scratch.

Mistakes happen, that’s forgivable if they occur despite the best intentions. But constant pisstaking isn’t acceptable.

Quite honestly, it’s at the point where this Tory shower need removing right away before they can wreak more havoc and feather their nests even more.

They’re absolute total and utter shit and a new government deserves its shot.

I think we are well beyond worrying what Labour would do. Anything is better than these.

For an old ww adage I’d vote for a pig in a red rosette this time over any of the current crop.

We are bombarded with folk saying to just get on with it and stop whining.

Dead right.

Get these fuckers out and let’s crack on. Shoulders to the wheel without wondering if billions will be channeled into the pockets of some Cunt who happened to be at the right school at the right time.

Look at Grant Shapps. More aliases than Jason fucking Bourne, and he’s been allowed to hop between every ministerial office in Westminster.

If you accept this, you’re either pissed, thick or not paying attention because you don’t like the fact a Arthur Scargill once asked you to vote Labour.

Move, the fuck, on.

People voting for Labour whilst having no idea what their intentions are. It’s like a cult. It’s not like supporting a football team…….  🙄

You don't have to vote Labour if you don't want to vote Tory you know. You can even abstain if you want. Ed Davey is trying to get the Lib Dems back into the fold and more and more are voting for the Greens these days.

I think you need to direct that to others on here.

Call me old fashioned but when I first got into politics, it was what your or my preference could do better than the other. No one on here has said why Labour will be a credible government other than “they can’t be any worse” Not the best way to elect a government . Modern day politics I guess.

Whilst I would normally agree, things have become so ludicrous that many folk now think anything but Tory.

To be fair to Labour and the Lib Dems, they just have to look sensible in opposition now, hence the reason why both parties are not making big statements or pledges. Add into the mix they don't know how bad things really are until they actually get into power.

They can’t possibly be a shit as this mob.

They certainly won’t be as corrupt.

I’ll vote for whoever gets the fuckers out. It is that simple for me.

You still don't seem to want to wait for a manifesto - or even a quick read through the national policy forum.

Today we've just had Starmers quite ruthless reshuffle. Blairites back in all leadership positions, he's had to rebuild the party 100% internally to make it even be electable from the position it was in.

Your view isn't old fashioned, it's slightly biased perhaps, and it just doesn't take into account the work that is, has a will be going on. Plus the news cycle is still focused on the mess after mess the current government are delivering daily now.

That's another good point, can't promise the earth knowing the deep crisis the country is still in. Labour don't want to hold themselves as a fortune to the 'you said' Tories when they do take power- which is looking increasingly likely everyday now.

I do wonder if it'll be a landslide though; I think it might be closer than some might expect.

And whoever gets in should introduce PR at the earliest opportunity and bury the fuckers forever.

That's pretty much it for me, which party in Bury North stands the best chance of ousting the current twat, be it Labour, Lib Dem or Green will be getting my cross.

Much like the not ideal choice the yanks had with Joe Biden getting the crackpots out of office is the priority try and stabilise the country first.

To be fair, and I don’t often say this, that’s the clearest account of the state of the Labour Party at the moment that anyone on here has posted. You say I’m biased, maybe but I’m still willing to look at both sides and vote accordingly.
I’ve said previously that Blair proved he had a government in waiting before the 97 election. I’m still not convinced that Starmer has. Of course the Tories self destruction will enable a Labour victory but I have my doubts that things will get any better. (To coin a phrase)
