Sacking Cruella was a no-brainer, she's universally hated amongst the electorate they need to attract

Yeah, those fuckers with two brain cells.

Sadly, this is not the last we'll have to endure her. Hopefully it'll be pissing around trying become leader of the opposition where she can do as little damage as possible.

Hahaha

Bye bye

Is Cameron even an MP ?
do you need to be an elected MP to be in government?
presumed you would but I don’t know

You may wonder how it's possible for David Cameron to become a secretary of state.

In short, he'd have to be sworn into the House of Lords - the upper house of the UK Parliament - as a matter of urgency.

A former prime minister has re-entered government before.

Alec Douglas-Home - Conservative PM from 1963 to 1964 - came back as Ted Heath's foreign secretary, serving from 1970 to 1974.

He, though, was an MP when returning to government.

He's been given a peerage so he's in the Lords.

Nah, the Tories don't bother with sweating the small stuff.

It’s the definition of desperation.

The leading remainer of the Conservatives is now foreign secretary?

I think I can hear the exploding on Mount Bolty and, well Mount Mounts from here.

Last ditch attempt to bring the moderates back onside and look as though the grown ups are back in charge, rather than being led by the small vocal minority.

Might pay off with those Tories who have been annoyed by the dragging to the populist right - of which there are more than the loudmouths would have you believe. Although, there's a lot of questions going to come their way about his reappointment and it'll thrown the brexit debate back into focus.

All politics is a gamble, let's see how this one pays off.

Dominic Cummings

For what it's worth, I have no issue with it not being an MP.

Jobs of that magnitude should have the right folk doing them.

Not that I think Shiny Dave is the best choice.

Now he's been made a Lord he will have to declare his outside earnings, which will be of interest.

Anyway, the Tories are so utterly broken that they're trying to reset the timeline back to 2011.

Could've just left it at that.

Well, apart from @royal white.  He has no opinion on her.  None whatsoever.

Unfortunately they don’t make them like her anymore.

Hard as nails…..

You agreed she’s universally hated, the press are saying it’s going to cause unrest in the party because  she has many supporters.

hardly universally hated is it.

Any excuse to post this beauty...

Sunak is weak as piss.

He grows a pair and sacks Braverman, then chops them off again and gives Cameron a job

It’s laughable.

That final ‘twat’ is the greatest example of comic timing ever.
