We cannot let these get in power.

I get why they exist. I get people wanting change and thay have had enough of certain issues.

I get they are product of the main parties misgivings and all round fuck ups and leading the nation in to the darkness over the past couple of decades.

But christ these can't be the alternative.

Labour need to sort their shit out pretty sharpish and so do the Tories.

Get these fuckin boats sorted.

Stop that, you stop reform and you stop incompetent bozos like this mon being anywhere near the running of councils and the country.

Too late mate. Reform are a shoe-in for 2029. It will all go to absolute shit, and their supporters will suffer the most. Much like what's happening in America under Trump.

3 years is a long time for them to keep their fingers off the self-destruct button.

Especially with Restore diluting their core vote.

They've peaked.

I'm not sure, I think had the GE been last year, they'd have got close, they may well have peaked. It's possible that the worst thing that can happen for Reform, is that they do really well in these May 7th elections, as they'll then have a couple of years to really show themselves up. They're an utter shitshow.

I know that. You know that. Their supporters probably even know that - but they won't care until it directly affects them.

If Restore make any headway, they'll just be absorbed before the General Election like all the fuckwit Tories that have defected. They might even rebrand it "Reform & Restore UK" or something daft like that. Either way, Farage will be PM in 2029. Rupert Lowe probably his deputy. It will be portrayed as them "putting their differences aside to save Britain", and the thickos will lap it up.

To a point, I think you're correct, as the majority of the voting public are absolutely as thick as fuck, so who knows, they may well vote them in. A lot may be to do with the lack of opposition, as opposed to them being the right choice though. Hopefully, the Conservatives can get their act together over the next couple of years

Occasionally I go on our local Facebook group, usually because its good for a laugh

One person complaining about potholes on their road and why aren't the Council fixing it

It was pointed out that they live on a private road, so nothing to do with the Council

They couldn't grasp it and said they should get a discount on Council Tax then, though it was pointed out that as a resident of a private road the upkeep of the road is down to them and the deterioration of the road is down to them as well

These people are allowed near the internet and to vote

Boris mainly got shit for telling everyone else to isolate whilst he held parties.

Sending pensioners back to care homes knowing they’d die was also one of his less sparkling moments.

If we are being fair we could state your post as conflation, whataboutary and chronologically incorrect. 😁

Boris was an absolute disaster at a time we needed a steady hand, especially after he ousted May. Then the Tories pressed the self destruct button. Inevitable really.

Rishi was given the shittest hand in history, mainly thanks to Boris and Liz but he is the best of the bunch of Tory failures, faint praise but he had more talent than all the others by a long way.

Starmer is a shite domestic politician but very good at detail and understanding world politics.

He just doesn't click with anyone at home though so we are where we are, with nutters from the extremes of the left and right.

You need to see somebody about this affliction. It's not the first time you've mentioned having sexy time with Liz Truss. You need help.

They didn't ask for the pandemic but some made the most of it by cashing in and lining their pockets with dodgy deals, whilst others flouted the rules they put in place

Is why they got shit for it
