November 28, 20178 yr Could never get into it. My mates all loved it but I preferred actually playing like Sensible or Fifa. Infuriating as fook when the actual games were on, like watching Bolton's score away to Chelsea or summat on Teletext. I could see the appeal though

November 28, 20178 yr Agree that champ man back in the 90’s was best Nowadays I play the touch version of FM on the IPad. Much quicker than the full game but still enough detail to keep me interested. Dip in and out when I’ve time or am bored but at £20 it’s not a cheap light version of the game that’s for sure

November 28, 20178 yr Someone at work ages ago was talking about a divorce that had been filed because the husband was obsessed with gaming and Champ Manager especially, the last straw was her coming downstairs one night hearing him talking in another room thinking he was on the phone to another woman, walked in on him dressed in a full suit in front of his laptop pretending to give pre match interviews just before his team played in a cup final. Probably bollocks, like.
