Marc505 Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 I’d love a big win here but think Panama will hold out for a while, a T&T 2006WC-esque 2-0 for me.
madthatter Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 They really weren't very good against Belgium. 4 - 0
Didledee Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Lingard should/could have had four the other night, think he'll bag in this. One thing Panama did v Belgium that Tunisia never v England did was create a golden chance, not expecting very much for England to do defensively though. Lingard, Kane, Stones and Rashford 4-0
barrycowdrill Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 3 Points, care more about another step up in performance than the score
Tonge moor green jacket Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 6-0. Fast start, chances taken and Panama to crumble
Guest Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Any win will do - but every team in this tournament will be competitive so need to take it seriously. Key in these games is to score early then get a second. Once that has happened, kill the game and don't expend too much energy. If further goals come then great.
L/H White Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) 4-0 Lingard and Mcquire to score anytime Edited June 20, 2018 by L/H White

Underpants Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) At this moment in time the best team in the world are having problems beating iran. International teams are well drilled now. Panama will be no different. Hard earned 1-0 to England. Edited June 20, 2018 by Underpants
leigh white Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Be watching the game in a pub in Dewsbury, the RL have delayed the kick off an hour so fans can watch England. 3-1 to us.
jmjhb Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 I expect it'll be like those qualifying games at home to Lithuania where we toil for an hour then get two late goals.
L/H White Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Looking like Ali won't be fit for Sunday, assume he will be replaced with RLC? Was hoping he would replace Sterling and Young with Rose and Rashford? Will he make the latter with being forced to replace Ali?
frank_spencer Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Looking like Ali won't be fit for Sunday, assume he will be replaced with RLC? Was hoping he would replace Sterling and Young with Rose and Rashford? Will he make the latter with being forced to replace Ali? Rashford in for Alli
Sweep Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Rashford in for Alli I'd like to see that, but I reckon that it'll be RLC Sterling will start
Tonge moor green jacket Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Rashford in for sterling. Rlc instead of alli- be interesting. Quite like his strength and combative nature. He caused plenty of problems as a sub the other day and reckon he could do again against a packed defence.
barrycowdrill Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 (edited) I'd like to see that, but I reckon that it'll be RLC Sterling will start Rashford now starting based on pictures of the team formation captured from training Edited June 21, 2018 by barrycowdrill
Biggish Dave Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 No easy games in the World Cup unless you’re playing Argentina. 3-1 though
Burndens Bogs Posted June 21, 2018 Posted June 21, 2018 Comfortable 3-0 win, then the nations expectations reach fever pitch and we'll predictably draw with the Belgies and go through. After that, anything can happen.
