I was going to say exactly this, it was The Guardian who highlighted him half way through the season as winning more tackles than any other player in the league, by a distance if I recall. I’d say more of a Kante than Modric type, I’ve no doubt he would have gone for double figures had he not got injured and carried on the way he was going
