Aye, I get that

Just think one area we are better than quite a lot in this league is team spirit

Whoever comes in, if anybody, isn't suddenly signing the players the top clubs in our league are in for

Initially, at least, it's still going to be a battle

Seen it plenty times before though

All depends on how maverick the new owner is

Probably end up like Zola at Brum or something

Not getting my hopes up yet anyway if as KA says this is the sixth time we've got this far

I believe they turn over a lot more than we do

35 million in latest accounts

Don't know how

Well that’s surprising. Very.

However, and as you know, just a small piece of their financial jigsaw

Doesnt mean he’d get  funds or owt

Don’t see him leaving, even for them, if they’re not going to invest

It's probably not from matchday revenue, crowds similar to ours

Not checked but I expect their prices are higher which would explain some of the difference at least.

I have previously checked

And I think they're cheaper

Match day, anyway

It left me a little perplexed

Some of our fans would say we are bigger than reading. I’d say we were pretty similar TBH.

I hate getting drawn into such debates but our PL history and history prior to that put us way ahead for me

They are one of the most non descript teams out there for me, there really is fuck all about them

For me

I’m with you 100% on that. Current support similar but they really are a crap club and have been for ever.

A few good seasons doesn’t make them a proper club

Spot on. The also rans of London overspill compared to founder members of the Football League with true history. Not even close.

I think he’s earned a bit of grace due to what he’s achieved in the middle of a shit storm.

If I was looking at another club that had been through what we had and they potted the man that’s bought them through it, hook or by crook, I’d think it was a tad unfair.

With him, there’s always a disasterous run around the corner, not sure why it happens but his tenure has been littered with them, and imo he was lucky to survive at times last season.  He very nearly fucked it at the end as well.

But he’s done all that’s been asked so deserves till Jan at least. Then if we’re in the shit get rid.

Of the names mentioned who could replace him, none fill me with joy.

He needs to go for it on Saturday. Big style.

His only saving grace atm are the starts Ipswich hull & Reading have made

defeat by hull would be disastrous and simply would have to go, signs of discontent are coming from the fans now which we have had before and it’s not nice
