What seems to have happened under his tenure is that we go on a streak, be it undefeated or 4 or 5 losses on the bounce.

I don't know why but that made me think of Erika Roe.

If you look at his time at Bradford did similar.

Lennon did the same at Bolton, just without the undefeated bit.

Allardyce was similar too. Great runs then 5/6 defeats in a row.

Don’t get sucked in

We are rock bottom of the Unicorn league (Expected goals)

Those in the know would say we’ve been very lucky thus far and are due a horse shit run of Parky proportions

I read a piece on that expected goals site the other day that said Derby deserved at least a draw last week and 'probably more'. I'll find it hard to take that site seriously anymore

In football what you deserve and get are two completely different things

Fan5 will be sweating

Ken will be sweating more than usual

The fans would love him for one, ex player and all that.

How do Reading do for finances? Genuine question

6 million for Madine. Might get 10 + for Parky!

Debts cleared.

Hmmm parky goes then the chances of relegation are even more than last season with getting rid of our top goal scorer.

Would he risk it after the last gamble was within 5 minutes of failing last season?

If anything comes of these takeover rumours, Parky is history before long anyway

Yes but look at the positives. We would be playing lovely football in front of 20k crowds as we dropped like a stone into league 1.

Tend not to get many new owners who don’t get a new manager early on in their reign.

and Parky left bradford when a new owner  came in to pre-empt that.

So he has history of jumping before pushed.

Aye, I get that

Just think one area we are better than quite a lot in this league is team spirit

Whoever comes in, if anybody, isn't suddenly signing the players the top clubs in our league are in for

Initially, at least, it's still going to be a battle

Seen it plenty times before though

All depends on how maverick the new owner is

Probably end up like Zola at Brum or something

Not getting my hopes up yet anyway if as KA says this is the sixth time we've got this far
