Edging closer to the share recall again... 🤞🏼

More like liquidation.

Think the 'IT' problem might by Kenny boy's attempt at covering his slimy trail before liquidating?

I know........trouble is i don't even know if i'm joking or not 😐

Exactly what I was thinking.

But I suspect on Tuesday they’d have spelt his name wrong on the letter and it’d be delayed again.

Can't help but think they might suddenly decide to accept Bassini's mythical millions for a delay.

Does sound like Howard's men are out of play now but could be a bluff, for all we know.

Would be nice if Howard's men just dealt with Ken and paid him extra but doesn't even sound as simple as that. Howard said: "KA was very clearly dealing with certain buyers who would agree to certain conditions that we simply could not, legally."

That is a worrying statement, insinuating that anyone that's buying us is going to have to overlook certain dodgy dealings. Doesn't fill me with confidence about who buys the club off Ken whether that's Bassini or not.

used to spell his name " bazini " so its possible.

Howard will be lurking.

I'm interested to know what the Gaspard bid is doing, seems some confidence in that on here.

Hopefully Howard let's us know if they're calling them in if we make it to Tuesday

I'm confused over who is who in the various reported / speculated bids/ interested parties. Are the following all separate? Do they

Bazzini

Football Ventures

Gaspard

Howard's consortium

Benny's consortium?

is that it?

Gaspard is Benny's, the others I think are separate, but you never know

Cheers that simplifies it a little at least... so this is how I understand it:

Bazzini (claims to be very close)

Football Ventures (maybe no longer interested)

Gaspard / Benny's

Howard's consortium

I’m not the most clued up on the financial side, but could it be that that liquidation is Ken’s plan and Bassini has only come about as his name is already mud?

That way, Ken can claim that Bassini is at fault for the deal falling through and divert any potential blame, and state that liquidation is the only option at such a late stage

if I’m talking nonsense please ignore.

Well he was on the forum 25 minutes ago

Yeah, that's pretty much it. Few people on here said Football Ventures may not have completely backed away.

Potentially another month of this, how fun!

You could be right although doubts have been raised about liquidation as  Ken would be subject to investigation. But if he has nothing to hide, he could hypothetically do that.

I don't see liquidation happening at all.

He'd need hell of an excuse to liquidate after being given an extra 5 weeks to sell up, when he's already been to court twice and said he was within touching distance both times.

If there is a buyer lined up, who is willing to clear creditors, how would he be allowed to liquidate

I don't know, genuine question

Surely, liquidation doesn't guarantee creditors getting repaid, so is there not something in place to stop business owners doing that

Is it true some significant funding is coming from a Ghanian tractor importer?

Can see how this panned out...

"Good evening Mr Anderson

Mr Bassini would like to deposit de monies he inherited from an exiled Nigerian Prince into your bank.

Please click the following link for de monies

Ken clicks, his greedy little sweat beads filtering into his sopping tank top as he awaits his payday... Spammed to fuck. Stadium IT goes into meltdown.

He should have a bucket full of money, plough something into the club

My thoughts exactly. Would seem common sense, but that seems long gone.

It’ll be Ken trying to wipe the hard drives to cover his tracks. Howards men are poised waiting for an excuse not to buy us - “ KA has put an injunction against anyone with a pulse buying BWFC”
