Site Supporter barryk32 Posted February 10, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted February 10, 2019 Going away for a night with Our Peg next Friday. We wont be there long so is there anywhere you 'must go' if you're in Chester? Fancy Upstairs at the Grill for tea.

gonzo
Last time we stayed it was right next to the racecourse. Pub called the architect close by was smashing. Proper old school gaff. There was a decent gaff which name escapes me on the corner at the bottom of the Main Street with big torches flaming outside and all that caper. We just plumped for Miller and carter for tea as it was next to apartment gaff. Always decent In them.
Site Supporter Biggish Dave Posted February 12, 2019 Site Supporter Share Posted February 12, 2019 Chester’s one of them places with plenty decent going on yet nothing stands out as ‘must do’. The brewery tap and pied bull real ale boozers tend to be my only must do’s
