This one was quite comfortable, but the last race was totally unpredictable.

It was at the front but it's the midfield that's intriguing. And the Ferrari conundrum - leClerc for me is quicker than Vettel but junior in the team. And Red Bull/Toro Rosso - summat's going to happen there soon imo and Verstappen's going to be spectacular

mushrooms are lovely, and an essential in a full English.

Bang on. Love em.

There was a piece the other day, with a grower using a method of cooking them under compression to produce a steak like texture and flavour.

Looked interesting- I'd give it a try.

Still not convinced by verstappen. Tremendous talent, but does he need to mature a bit yet?

Agree re leclerc. Ferrari over the past couple of seasons have made some strange decisions during races.

Oh definitely. You don’t go on the radio after qualifying ranting that you’re going to fuck up other drivers qualifying at future races . I reckon Red Bull have something in reserve and he’s going to be fighting right at the front fairly soon

Have you seen anything of formula E, the electric stuff?

Saw a bit of a race recently and was impressed. Seriously quick, and one mighty fucking crash. Just a high pitched whine as opposed to a petrol engine growl.

Off to Formula E next month in Monaco looking forward to it they, shorter track than the full F1 but is full day of activities scheduled from the plan i got.

Anyway can't be long til Williams fire Kubica off, I know that Williams is bad but both Mclaren's had 1st lap nose changes and still pasted him last race.

Kubica, how far behind Russell was he

To be fair, that's the real measure

Aye would be nice to see him win it

Seem to remember watching a programme years ago. Basically they have loads of open space, the "roads" are ice or shale, and they learn how to control a car at high speed. They get involved in racing at an early age, doing up bangers and racing them, and then move onwards and upwards

My cousin rallies a Mark 2 Escort and says that the Finns are absolutely mental. Old blokes like him and they'll stick it through a gap at over a ton that he'd be worried riding a bike through

Controversial to say the least

Had the incident not happened I reckon Hamilton would have had him anyway

That said it happened. Stewards were wrong imo. Vettel was trying to rescue his car and avoid hitting the wall. Had sympathy with him until he spat his dummy out. Moving the 1st and 2nd place signs, refusing to park his car where he should have done. Childish. Fuck off you lost. End of. Next race please

Been watching loads of highlights of races from the 80’s/90’s over the past few days. Fucking Hell. Stick shifts. Drivers sat really far forward, slip-streaming, loads of overtaking, no safety cars when cars come off the track. They were fucking mentalists, Mansell, Senna, Prost, etc. What a golden era of racing but can see why the safety regs changed so severely

It was the most dangerous sport in the world things needed to change.

If you haven’t already watch the Senna film, it’s brilliant
