Tranmere

As I’ve aged, I’ve gradually grown out of hating clubs or their fans.

Tranmere are different though. Hated them through my childhood and still hate them now.

By far our biggest bogey team. Play offs, league cup semi, 100 points etc.

Fuckin wankers the lot of em who hate us probably more than Wigan and bury combined.

Every fucker needs to get there this season.

Anyway this is funny and she’s a filthy slag, his pilled up willy won’t stand a chance.

Losing 5-0 and 5-2 in the last two games tells us collectively the present available players cannot compete at this level (especially against 2 shit teams) but the effort is excellent and some of this group will come through this and challenge for a first team place once we bring in senior players.

The so called senior players last season where mostly shit houses and unfortunately PP did not bring any youth into the side until it was too late and relegation was inevitable. I believe Murphy and Lowe have the losing, head down mentality and should be shoved to one side when eventually we get some experienced players in.

If the sale drags on another month we will be too far away from the pack but if something happens soon we have half a chance of finishing 19th or 20th with a blend of these kids and some pros who know this level.

Lowe has been fine. Talking the lads through the game. Hate to think what might have have happened in last two games without him.

Jury is out on Murphy, unfortunately.

They did fine without them against Coventry; I agree an old head directing them is a good thing so maybe Lowe does help but he is a loser

Why doesn’t he just Fuck off, the cretin

I’d rather watch the kids running through walls get beat every week 5 or 6 than what he swerved up last season with pro’s who didn’t give a fuck

Why do we need a senior manager if we are playing kids? Fuck off Parky

If it does all end then i really will.not miss folk like this. Manager (who i have slated in the past) gives an honest and heart felt plea and he gets told to fuck off. Unbelievable

I know it might not feel that way to some, but i think what we are actually experiencing is the rebirth of out football club.

The bond between the football club and the fans is healing. Slowly yes, but very surely.

Results really really don't matter at the moment.

& what horrible cunts Tranmere are.....the despicable foul on Brockbank that should have been a red card,  the twattish behaviour of their keeper & their soppy fans acting up from a safe distance.

In their keepers defence he was clapping our fans support when the 4th goal went in.

We didn’t have any senior players in our team for Coventry, our best result yet.  As long as these lads have the guts, they’re first teamers, they’ve played together before and know each other’s game.   In reply to your last sentence, our hope is that somebody buys our club and allows them in charge of the footballing side to build something, there’s not going to be miracles overnight, worth watching.  The club hasn’t been able to sign a single player yet, let’s see what happens after the inks dry on the sale firstly then go on from there.   None of us know what’s around the corner, as do players who may want to sign for the club, we ain’t going to attract anyone at all if we postpone games left, right and centre.

The only thing certain when the ink has dried on the sale contract is that we can't buy any players. We can only get free agents and loanees. Indeed the result against Coventry was great. We rode our luck at times, but the lads should be proud of themselves for sure. The problem I see is that every game we are going to get weaker, and risk more injuries. there is a massive difference between playing a team with the same aged players week in/week out compaired to playing a team with 10 seasoned professionals.

there are no shortage of uncontracted players out there, so we can assume signing players is reasonable straight forward.

the quality of those players, what kind of money they want and length of contract we will offer is debatable

There's loads of realistic signings in that lot.

Apologies

I thought everyone was moving heavon on earth to get these matches on, however possible

For the manager to write to the league and ask them to step in and stop it seems crazy to me

Thats IF he has done of course

Parky is i think genuinely worried about the young lads and was asking for help to bring in some experienced pros. Can see him walking anyway if this goes beyond transfer window

Agreed, i thought Lowe was our best player yesterday & was definitely helping the lads through.

Lowe made more blocks & tackles than  Zouma & less mistakes. That's not a pop at Zouma who is great entertainment, defended really well at times & gives us a physical presence ( i hate seeing a Bolton team bullied ) but he needs to learn when not to lunge in - a couple of times i had to cover my eyes when he went flying into challenges in the area -  & when the ball just needs launching clear, but hopefully that's just experience.

On the train back there was some bloke who sits behind Casino.

He actually said "You didn't stop and clap that shower of shit off did you.  They were useless, an absolute discrace".

Never have I heard a more cretinous statement.  If you're on here you're a fucking bellend.

Again

In danger of confusing a game of football with a war, these lads will be fine. Great opportunity for them!

I think our situation would feel a hell of a lot worse if we were postponing matches like Bury

Does anyone really want us to start postponing games?

It would feel worse

But, if there's to be no penalty for suspending games, we would probably be better off suspending til we have some reinforcements

Fwiw, I'd expect a dozen, at least, points penalty for bury

Josh MacEachran. I remember people speaking about him in similar ways to the way they do about Foden now.

I agree on some of the rhetoric but it is fair enough to be concerned about the physical effects these matches might have on the youngest players. It's not just about energy and enthusiasm, senior football is a notable step up in physicality and intensity. It's common to manage the minutes of very young players when they first break into the first team for that reason.

The way I see it is we fight on, we cannot show weakness at this time, we have to show that anyone can carry on and give hope to Bury and the others that will go through the same, because there will be others.  To be honest i dont think we'd of took as many fans to these away games if it wasn't for our predicament, the fans have really come into their own and it makes me so bloody proud to be part of it.  I've loved the games I've been to and the quality of support has been better than I've witnessed before, bar the glory days.  It's definately better than the 80's we had.

It's worth pointing out that we have earned 1 point from 3 games, just like Wimbledon, Peterborough and Bristol Rovers. Also Gillingham and Accrington have 1 point from 2 games.

OK our goal difference is -7, like Southend, who have no points from 3 games.

Aye, not just about managing the minutes they play but also that they would normally be helped by being surrounded by senior players.

FWIW I think we have to soldier on, but personal abuse towards Parky for trying to protect his young players is shameful but not that surprising after the lies about him not acknowledging the fans at Wycombe.

Ok, in reflection, cretin was a bit heavy

I don’t think he should be writing to the league in order to get games postponed though, completely counter productive

For all we know, he might just have been asking for permission to push a couple of signings through.
