  • Don’t think ever felt as proud to be a Bolton fan. 2 kids, the wife, peteski and my old man kicking and heading every ball at the end like it was the World Cup final.  We are in it together

  • Our lot gutted, but well done your kids - showed a lot of heart (and got stuck in). Good luck for the rest of the season.

Folk either still want a club to support or they don’t.

My hunch is all pay, cash on the turnstile and unreserved seating with season tickets priced pro-rata for 22 games once they go on sale.

There’s normally 15 thousand empty so there should be enough spaces around theirs to make everyone happy

throw in the

not going until we’re sold

not going until we have money

not going until PP goes

not going because we employed megson

not going because it’s £20 odd

we should have about 3 each to stretch out across

Not going because I’m in France was actually my next one to put down 😉

Will be cash in the turnstile on the day surely.

I’m in for this wouldn’t miss it for the world and nor should anyone

anyone on the m74/m6 route down who wants a lift to and from let me know not a problem to arrange.

That sounds like the most likely option.

my mum desperately wants to go, she's been supporting the club since the fifties, but needs car park / lift access and my guess is that's going to be difficult to arrange, so she may have to miss this one.

Might be misunderstanding but if she needs lift access to get to upper tier then it's 100% available on the east stand, if she is more specifically disabled might be worth a shout to the club.

No that's very helpful thank you.

shes not good with stairs, and her season ticket seat is close to the exit in the west stand. I think after a bad experience in the last cup match she's unlikely to risk the east stand, but as you say I could try speaking to he club, they are very helpful usually in these matters.

thanks again

Went to the McFarland match with the protests afterwards. Even managed to get the folk there singing an anti Ron Atkinson song who was managing them at the time and when he left the ground

Plus the 2-2 game in those first three games we played away before the Reebok opened

Used to know a lad from uni who lived there. Said it's rough as fuck on a Friday night

Daughter used to live in Cov.

It's a decent night out, the Jag is a good pub in city centre, gets lively later on.

My old boss was a cov fan and was bragging how many they were bringing for our home game with them in league 1.

We played them mid week, evening KO.

Just after lunch thought I’d play a trick on him.

opened our office windows and played their anthem “sky blues sing together “ on my phone full volume.

he shot up all excited.... told you they’re here !!! All buzzing

Sit down you daft twat are they fuck....

he wasn’t very happy

It might suit us if it gets postponed........get the takeover finished, get the season tickets sorted & get a few players in.

Cov & the EFL might not be that impressed though !!!!

Not sure how this game goes ahead

I was thinking this earlier. Would suit many parties for it to be behind closed doors? But we established last season that's not allowed by the FL

Pay on the turnstile sounds like a winner. But if the ST isn't sorted by that Doncaster midweek home game, can see that being a new record low attendance.

We have been told plenty times that we cant receive monies

So many times, I've accepted as fact

So, pay on the gate is not an option, I don't think

Not unless the takeover is complete

That happening by Friday seems a long shot and even if it did complete by Friday, would gmp be happy with that

Wycombe tickets hadn’t gone on sale at this point last week. Just takes a bit of patience and co-operation from the fans on match day.

The receiving money thing is weird, but clubs have been in administration for a year or more in the past so surely there’s a way round.

I've given my reasoning above

I think its sound  :)

We can receive monies. Fact.

what we can’t do is take payment on account for a service we don’t believe we can categorically deliver. Hence no ST’s.

We can take payments for match day revenue on the day we provide said service. The match being played.

I don’t know who I here said we cannot receive income whilst in admin as it’s utter bollocks FWIW

Online ticketing is just blank

So frustrating!!!!

That's good and makes perfect sense

Cheers

I do know, even middle of last week there was no intention to have ST in place

I also know the TO have been sounding out staff for a busy week
